Victoria real estate market returns to traditional sales numbers, but low inventory persists.




February 3, 2020  A total of 411 properties sold in the Victoria Real Estate Board region this January, 24.9 per cent more than the 329 properties sold in January 2019 and 2.2 per cent more than in December 2019. Sales of condominiums were up 6.3 per cent from January 2019 with 118 units sold. Sales of single family homes increased 31.6 per cent from January 2019 with 200 sold.  Read more...


Tuscany Village Shopping center in Gordon Head is Listed for Sale



A 3.5-acre retail hub at McKenzie Avenue and Shelbourne Street home to Thrifty Foods, Rexall Drugstore, Monk Office, CIBC bank, and an 13 additional local and national retailers has been put up for sale. 

The 75,000 square foot Tuscany Village Shopping Centre, completed in 2007 east of the University Heights Shopping Centre in Saanich's Gordon Head neighbourhood, was the first commercial plaza to materialize in Saanich in generations.

The multi-building complex is also comprised of 91 condominium residences situated across three levels above retail floors, and includes a total of 345 parking stalls in both surface and underground lots.
